Super-celebrity uber-chef spotting:
Ferran Adria.

With the little English that he knew, Chef Adria
and his wife flew through the menu in around
4 hours (whereas we took around 6). We had
the same menu as señor elBulli. His attitude
was very serious and focused. No photographs
for him, instead he did things the old fashioned
way, taking notes by hand and drawing the
dishes in his notebook.
