Matsuhisa = Nobu. This is where it all started.
Backed by Robert De Niro, Nobu uses "Matsuhisa"
as a springboard for "Nobu" in NYC (Tribeca).
And this year Chef Matsuhisa has been nominated
for 2 James Beard Awards; Book Award (category:
Cooking from a Professional Point of View) and
Book Award (category: Photography) for his second
book, "Nobu Now." He also is nominated for
Restaurant and Chef Award (category: Outstanding
Chef) for his Beverly Hills Restaurant, "Matsuhisa."

While in Beverly Hills, one must drive by and check
out the Prada store on Rodeo, done the acclaimed
OMA (Rem Koolhaas).
