Finally checked out Shawn McClain's third
restaurant Custom House for lunch. The space is
in the lobby of the Blake Hotel in the South Loop.
The cuisine follows in vain in the chef's other
two restaurants; Green Zebra and Spring, with
this restaurant focusing on meat. Anyway, the
experience was wonderful. Service was good and
the food even better.
