Hanging out with the Olson's in the old neighborhood of Ravenswood. We check out Spacca Napoli (again) to try some of the other pizza offerings. We met on a Friday at 7 and the line was out the door. "30 minute wait," was what the hostess quoted us. It ended up more like an hour. Which was fine because there were was wine to be drunk and and free appetizers to be eaten. The pizzas were top notch, but what I really like about them was the crust, chewy and crispy at the same time. Yeah the sauce was good as well as the ingredients, but they could just serve the crust and olive oil and I would be set.
