IIT COA Elaine Sikorski Lecture

A lecture by a professor at Kendal College, Sikorski talks about the historical progress of dish presentations. For most people in the restaurant industry and any foodie, the information discussed is quite rudimentary. But to be fair, she is lecturing to a bunch of architectural students who probably sustain themselves on packaged ramen noodles and beer, and are unaware of plating design. Funny thing about this lecture was that she used one of my photographs in the lecture to discuss Grant's PB+J - no credit to me, thank you very much.
