Alinea 10

Another six hours at Alinea, this time with John Sconzo and Ron Kaplan. As I arrived at the restaurant, both of them were already sitting at table 14 enjoying a nice complementary bottle of Krug - thanx Alinea. This partially new summer menu was very exciting, especially since I just had the anniversary dinner a few weeks back. Lots of new dishes to be had this evening.
