Quince: 02 Soft Opening, Day Two

Day two of the soft opening took a while to get to our table. The previous guests thought they had the table to themselves that evening, but after drinks at the Davis Street Fishmarket and a bottle of Gruet in the salon of the Homestead, we finally got to our table, 45 minutes after our reservation time. Food was tasty, but the service was lacking something. It felt kinda of cold. You can tell the staff was a little nervous and the timing was a little off. But hey, the company was good, and the food even better, and it was free. Of course we had to fill out the "comment cards" once again, and did not leave until 12:30, but it was well worth it.
