Alinea 17: 34 at 34

34 at 34 was a celebration of food and maturity. Chef was gracious enough to bring out 34 courses for each year that I have been alive. The whole experience was very memorable and was one of the best meals that I had at Alinea, thus far. For more info, go to the Alinea thread on eGullet.
