This is only the second time this I have been to Alinea and man did I miss out on a lot. Chef, although going through a tough time with his health, has not missed a beat. Outside of the gratuitousness and gratuity from the 34 course meal in March, this meal was so much better. Most every dish was complicated in its own right.
