Alinea just keeps on bringing out the red carpet (or should I say gray silicone, sorry) with lots of new dishes and flavors, and an amazing new centerpiece. After five years and two restaurant projects being close to compleation, Chef and crew are still innovating, and making them a worthy candidate for three Michelin (red guide) stars. 33 courses this time around, with an over the top (but I'm not complaining) Angelica Branch course.
